Article 1 Purpose of the Terms of Use

Article 6 Refusal to receive payment for goods

Article 7 Agreement and Cancellation of Sales Contract

If any of the following conditions apply, the User may request cancellation of the sales contract by submitting the necessary documents specified by our company.

• If more than four days have passed since the delivery date
• If there is a surplus or shortage in the product or packaging at the time of shipment or delivery
• If the item is received by someone other than the intended recipient
• If you receive your order at a shipping address other than the one you specified
• If a false or misleading statement is made at the time of signing the contract

Article 8 Measures against unjust enrichment

If the Company finds that profits that should belong to the Company have actually belonged to the User, or if the Company suspects that such profits have actually belonged to the User, the Company may request confirmation of unjust enrichment from the User and the return of such profits.

If you do not comply with our requests, we may take legal action against you.

Article 9 User Identity Verification

In order to confirm that the contract is of the User’s own volition, the Company will require the presentation of the identification documents listed below and is obligated to verify the User’s identity.

• Copy of residence certificate
• Basic Resident Registration Card
• Driver’s license, etc.
• Insurance card, etc.
• Japanese passport
• Residence card
• Alien registration card
• Other similar documents

You may also be asked to submit the following documents to supplement your identity verification:

• Invoices, receipts, certificates, notices, etc. for electricity, water, telephone, mobile phone, and NHK reception fees issued within the last three months (hereinafter referred to as “invoices, etc.”)
• Invoices sent by public institutions or financial institutions
• Other similar documents

If a user refuses to undergo identity verification, he/she may refuse such identity verification by canceling his/her application.

Article 10 Transfer of ownership of goods

In the case of prepayment, ownership will be transferred from our company to the user at the time of receipt of the product.

In the case of deferred payment, the date of payment of the product price shall be the date of transfer of ownership.

In addition, the expiration date for each product is 6 months after purchase.

Article 11 Suspension of the Site

If any of the events listed below occur and we determine that it is difficult to operate this site normally, we may suspend the operation of this site without notice, and will notify you by email within 7 days of the suspension of the site when it will resume.

In addition, we will not compensate users for any loss of opportunity caused by the suspension of this site.

Article 12 Disclaimer

Article 14 Ownership of Rights

Article 15 Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
