If you are using Golden-coup for the first time, please first register as a new member.

Please enter your email address and password and click the “Register” button to complete your registration.
After registering, please enter your name, address, and other customer information on “My Page”.

Please note that orders placed within 2 hours of closing will be processed on the next business day

After payment is made and identity verification is completed, the item will be shipped promptly.
Normally, it will arrive 1-3 days after the shipping date.
We will inform you of the tracking number at the time of shipping, so you can use it to check the delivery status.

Please select the product and quantity you want from the list of available products.

Once you have selected the product, your shopping cart will be displayed. Select your preferred payment method and click the “Create order” button to complete your order.
Follow the instructions on the screen to pay with the payment method you selected.

    Orders received up to 2 hours before closing time will be shipped on the same day. Products will be delivered the day after shipping. For details on the delivery date and time, please contact the delivery company directly.

    We open except on Sundays and holidays. We are open from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and from 9:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. We ask that you respond to inquiries by phone or email during business hours.

    The cut-off time for shipping is two hours before closing time (3pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays).

    Please note that we will also be closed during major holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year’s.

    We offers several payment methods, including bank transfer, cash and credit cards on delivery. Fees (bank transfer fees, cash on delivery fees, etc.) vary depending on the payment method, so please check carefully before making payment when placing your order.

    We will also accept returns of products that you have received. In principle, the product must be unopened, but we can also accept returns if the condition of the product itself has not changed, excluding the packaging.

    However, please note that you may be required to pay the shipping costs for the return.
